Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you submit a listing inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you send. This information is used to review and respond to your inquiry.

How we use it. Inquiries are received and reviewed by Sina Commercial. Your contact details are shared with a listing representative only when you submit an inquiry about a specific listing, or when you otherwise give your consent. Requesting access to a confidential listing on its own does not trigger sharing of your details. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Retention. We retain ordinary inquiry records for 24 months, after which they are automatically deleted from the platform database. Please note two exceptions: a copy of each inquiry is emailed to us and may remain in that mailbox until it is separately deleted, and our encrypted nightly database backups are kept for seven days, so a deleted record may persist in a recent backup for up to seven days. You may request earlier deletion of your information by contacting us.

Confidential listings. For off-market opportunities, we protect the identity of the property owner and of enquirers. An access request alone never discloses your contact details to a listing representative; details are shared only through an explicit inquiry or with your consent.

Hosting and service providers. This website is self-hosted on a private virtual server provided by Hostinger. Listing data and inquiry records are stored in a database, and listing images are stored in a media store, both provided by Supabase. When you submit an inquiry, it is delivered to Sina Commercial's inbox at sina@sinacommercial.ca, which is hosted on Gmail (Google Workspace); a copy of the message may be stored there.

Cookies and analytics. This site does not use advertising or marketing cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking. Public browsing does not set cookies. The only cookies are session cookies used for authenticated access to the administrative area.
